Bree has worked with a variety of people including those individuals with serious medical conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, those who are simply looking to lose a few pounds, and those who want to get into contest shape.
Bree started competing in figure in 2001 after a few years of serious weight training at her college gym. She has competed in 11 figure shows throughout the last 9 years and has learned a great deal from her experiences. She has recently been exploring new avenues in terms of fitness training. Her deep love and strongest connection is with weights; however, she has been dabbling in some endurance sports as of late. Having never had a desire for running in the past, after her last figure show of the season in 2008, she trained for and completed her first 1/2 marathon within her goal time of 2 hours due to smart training techniques and dedication. She also completed two sprint triathlons in the summer of 2009 with her husband, Ryan Marsh, as her coach! This year she is competing on the DreamBelieveTri team along with her husband Ryan!

Ryan has worked with a variety people from obese individuals to elite athletes. He also has many years of swim coaching experience at the amateur level and has taught many different P.E. Classes as a graduate student at The University of Georgia.
Ryan started training for triathlons about 3 years ago after several years of heavy weight lifting in the gym. He was very skeptical at first due to some initial issues with leg pain and his fitness level. He remained dedicated and optimistic, and after a few years of training hard and smart, Ryan set a PR in the 2008 South Carolina Half Ironman and won his age group at the 2008 Emerald Pointe Sprint Triathlon. He has learned a lot through his experiences with different distance tris and endurance running events and enjoys sharing his knowledge with novice competitors. Ryan loves the atmosphere at triathlon events and encourages all who have ever considered competing to give it a try today! He has a strong season planned, finishing with an Ironman in Cozumel in November!
